Decision-making within the Board of Directors occurs in accordance with the principles of collegial governance, but agreements have been made about the division of portfolios.

Code of Conduct

In the Code of Conduct the values and standards that are applicable at Hotelschool The Hague have been recorded. The Code of Conduct is being revised at this moment. It is expected to be definite in September 2012. 

Whistleblower's regulation

In the implementation of the Code of Behaviour the Whistleblower's regulation has been drawn up. In this regulation the procedure that makes it possible to report anonymously or otherwise, a (suspicion of) abuse/wrongdoing.

SIAG Regulation 

The undesirable behaviour regulation provides a procedure should students or staff members feel that they have experienced (sexual) intimidation or discrimination, or aggressive behaviour.
