Regulation Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees supervises the Board of Directors of Hotelschool The Hague. The way in which the Board of Trustees does this, is recorded in the Regulation of the Board of Trustees. It contains provisions about the competition, tasks and authorities of the board.

Regulation Audit Committee Board of Trustees

The Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees supports The Board of Trustees in the execution of its responsibilities regarding the process for financial reports, the systemm of internal monitoring, the control of the financial risks and the control process. The Regulation of the Audit Committee states the tasks and responsibilities of this Committee.

Regulation Remuneration Committee Board of Trustees

The Remuneration Committee of the Board of Trustees supports the Board of Trustees in the execution of its responsibilities with regard to legal matters, including remuneration and performance and assessment interviews with regard to the Board of Directors.
