Professional and Academic Experience
Dr. Debbie Tromp is Senior Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer in Research Methodology at Hotelschool The Hague. She carries out applied scientific research into labour market and HRM-related issues in the hospitality industry. She gained a Ph.D. from the Utrecht University Medical Centre, Department of Medical and Health Psychology. Previously, she worked as a teacher and researcher at Leiden University at the department of Health Psychology and the Department of Educational Studies. Her M.Sc. in Methodology was obtained during her Psychology studies at Leiden University.
Research Interests
Dr. Tromp's main interests of study include individual cognitive evaluative processes and their relation to behaviour.
