Professional and Academic Experience 

Drs. Monique van Prooijen is a Research Fellow and a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Hotelschool The Hague. She received her Masters degree in Business Economics from Rotterdam Erasmus University (NL). Before joining Hotelschool The Hague Mrs. van Prooijen was a Lecturer in Commercial Economics,  for HES-O&O (contracted work by the HES) secondment for TH-Rijswijk, Hogeschool Delft- Management of Excellence programme and a course for the Export manager.

Research Interests

Drs. van Prooijen's interest includes city hospitality, customer experience and accountable marketing.
