Professional and Academic Experience 

Mr. Robert Gallicano is a Senior Lecturer in Food and Beverage and a Research Fellow in Nutritional Menu Planning and Food and Beverage Marketing at Hotelschool The Hague. He received his Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Ithaca, N.Y. (USA) and B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, N.C. (USA). Before joining Hotelschool The Hague Mr. Gallicano worked as Food and Beverage Director at different five-star and luxury boutique hotels.

 

Research Interests

Mr. Gallicano's interest includes Nutrition & Food Marketing and Slow Food & Restaurant Trends.
