Research Profile

Hotelschool The Hague aims to be one of the European meeting places between the worlds of international hospitality business, research and education with the purpose to make knowledge available and suitable for application to new innovative hospitality products, services and management methods.

 

The Centre is developing a strong research competence in four areas: 

  • Personality, attitude and behaviour of hospitality professionals
  • Leadership and organisational development
  • Pricing and revenue management decision-making
  • Guest experiences, the hospitality of a city, and city marketing

 

These competences form the core of the research profile of Hotelschool The Hague, and aim to strengthen the school's long-term success to deliver business graduates who are known worldwide for their representative and hospitable personality, their entrepreneurial and commercial attitude, and for their excellent people management skills.
