Shortly after Rianne Sleeuw and Annelie van den Bos graduated from Hotelschool The Hague, they heard about the television show "Mijn Tent is Top", the Dutch version of "My Restaurant Rules" which is a competition in which the competitors design and manage a restaurant. They decided to apply to participate in this competition to see if their Hotelschool The Hague background plus their practical experience would give them a chance of successfully competing in this very popular television programme.
