Final projects are a real challenge. As part of a small team of students operating as junior consultants, you will be required to find a company which is either operating in the field of hospitality or has close ties with it, and which is willing to provide you with an assignment. You and your team will work on a management problem confronting the company and you will give the company advice on how to approach the matter. The topics that students deal with include, among others, commercial activities, staffing, organisational design and future strategies.  

 

To a certain extent, the assignments that are presented are a reflection of general economical and societal developments, and developments within the Hospitality Industry. In times of economic growth, many assignments focus on new activities for existing companies, or on initiatives to start new companies. Recently, the wellness trend and the introduction of the hospitality concept in medical care are reflected in the assignments presented by our students.
