Selection Procedure
The selection procedure consists of four stages
- Stage 1: Cover letters and CVs are evaluated on the basis of the job description.
- Stage 2: A general interview is conducted with the candidate, the applicable line manager and the Human Resource Advisor.
- Stage 3: Following a successful initial interview, the candidate has a second interview with prospective colleagues.
- Stage 4: The third interview, conducted with one or both members of the Board of Directors, concerns the mission, goals, and code of conduct of the Hotelschool.
In addition to the above, the selection procedure may include a reference check, an assessment, a psychological test and/or a test lecture. An oral English test will also be conducted. Finally, the terms of employment will be discussed in an interview with the line manager; and will include the following subjects:
- working hours;
- date of commencement of employment;
- pay and benefits;
- contract of employment.
