Ingrid Eras-Magdalena

Eras-Magdalena is serving as a member of Hotelschool The Hague’s Board of Trustees and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Eras-Magdalena is Executive Vice-President, Chief Human Resources officer at Belmond UK Ltd. Prior to joining Belmond, Eras-Magdalena spent 18 years working for Starwood in various positions in the company’s hotel operations as well as the division office for Europe, Africa & the Middle East.

Eras-Magdalena is a Senior Human Resource Leader with extensive experience directing various HR functions as well as special integration and work stream projects in support of major acquisitions. Progressively responsible, global background, leading HR activities in EAME Divisional Office Starwood Hotels. Exceptional project management skills and a high level of stress resilience. Strong in competency design and related HR Tools and processes.
