Fast Track students give their hospitality careers a flying start
Last Friday marked an important milestone for the students of the Fast Track programme at Hotelschool The Hague. After an intensive four-week preparation course, designed to optimally prepare students for the bachelor’s programme, these talented students received their certificates during a festive ceremony. This achievement signifies their direct entry into the second year of the bachelor’s programme.
The ceremony was an intimate moment, with students inviting their family and friends to attend this special occasion. Programme Manager Carol Berenbaum and Student Coordinator Gwen Klerx gave an inspiring presentation, reflecting on the key learnings and experiences the students had during the preparation course. With the guidance of experienced lecturers and coaches, the students made remarkable progress in a very short period. During the intensive course, the students took classes such as Human Resources & Culture Fundamentals, Data Analysis & Research Fundamentals, Marketing Fundamentals, Finance Fundamentals, and English – all courses from Year 1 of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management programme.
The ceremony ended with a celebratory gathering, where students, faculty, and family members toasted to the future. This successful start to their academic journey is an inspiring example of perseverance and ambition.
