Welcome future - Hospitality in its purest form
Our new campus in The Hague
We are very proud to welcome everybody to the beautiful new Campus The Hague as of August 2021. The campus renovation was an unwavering commitment to our ambitions and goals for the future: to be leaders in hospitality education, to grow our community and to contribute to a sustainable mindset.
This complete renovation will affect everybody. Students can continue their journey at the Hotelschool in an inspiring environment, developing into sought-after hospitality graduates. Lecturers, instructors and employees can return to a modern and dynamic workplace. Guests are welcome to experience hospitality in its purest form. Hospitality knowledge and skills are bundled, developed, researched, shared, and transferred as true to life as possible. We are, after all, a community that shapes the global hospitality industry and endeavours to have a positive impact on society.
Rebuilding the Hotelschool premises in the Hague into a sustainable and distinctive place of work and study during the Covid-19 pandemic certainly was a challenge. However, in hindsight, we can see that all of the decisions we made for a flexible, transparent and more spacious campus were the right decisions to make. We could not have foreseen the nearly perfect timing of this renovation.
We have developed an e-magazine, where you can read about the process, the planning and the considerations that went into redesigning the building. The portraits of the renovation team members will give you an insight into these strong personalities who are a driving force in our organisation, albeit behind the scenes. These are the individuals who embraced change and worked hard to deliver our brand new campus.
To conclude, we would like to say a very big Thank You to all who have turned the renovation plans into an impressive reality. Everybody did their utmost to build a place where our community love to meet, teach, work and study.
Together with the campus in Amsterdam, Hotelschool The Hague is ready for the future. So we are looking forward to meeting you here soon: welcome future!
