“To me, research is about gaining understanding, finding new options, improving the world we live in. Research shouldn’t complicate matters but rather reduce complexity by recognizing patterns and identifying relevant themes and impacting variables. I am highly motivated in inspiring our students to develop an inquisitive mindset and confidence in their ability to use research informed evidence in their decision making”.
