Bernard Lensink
I began my journey in hospitality management at Hotelschool The Hague, a foundation that has shaped my career in the hospitality and service industry. I furthered my education with a General Managers Program at Cornell University and later pursued team coaching at the Europees Instituut voor Coaching, De Baak, where I honed my skills in people and organizational development.
Over the past two decades, I have accumulated a wealth of experience in hospitality, organizational development, and quality management. Currently, I serve as a Senior Strategic Consultant at Amplixs, where I focus on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction across various industries. I am also the Director and Owner of BLOCQ Organizational Development, Coaching & Quality Management, where I work with organizations to improve customer experience and foster growth through tailored project and interim management.
Previously, I held leadership roles at several prestigious companies. As the Managing Director at The Hospitalitist, I helped shape a specialized service provider for the luxury hospitality industry. My tenure as the Director of Hospitality at Holland Norway Lines saw me managing a large team aboard a successful cruise ferry service between the Netherlands and Norway.
I have also had the privilege of serving as General Manager at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg for over a decade, where I led the transformation of the estate hotel into a premier destination for both business and leisure guests.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to developing people, delivering exceptional service, and driving organizational excellence. My passion lies in making a difference by improving both the guest and employee journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service.
