Gozde Eren
I graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Tourism & Business Administration in 1990, and later earned a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 2011. My education has been the foundation for a fulfilling career in the hospitality industry, with over 25 years of experience across multiple countries and markets.
I am currently the Area Vice President for the Netherlands and Sweden at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a role I have been honoured to take on since May 2024. Prior to this, I served as the Cluster General Manager for Andaz Amsterdam and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam for over two years, overseeing two prestigious properties and their operations. My experience also includes leading roles as General Manager at several iconic hotels, including Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere, Park Hyatt Istanbul, and Park Hyatt Chennai – India, where I had the privilege of contributing to both pre-opening and full operational phases.
Throughout my journey with Hyatt, I have worked in seven different countries, developing a global perspective and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector. I am passionate about driving performance, fostering leadership, and building strong teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, I have the privilege of chairing Women@Hyatt EAME DBRG, where I contribute to initiatives that empower women in our industry.
Leading in dynamic, multicultural environments has been both challenging and rewarding, and I am continually inspired by the talented individuals I have had the opportunity to work with. I look forward to continuing this journey of growth, leadership, and excellence in the hospitality industry.
