Jozien Boersma and Laurie Lancee
Co-founders of Vini Mini, started their mission after Laurie’s son had a severe allergic reaction to a small piece of egg. Recognizing the need to address rising food allergies, they created Vini Mini to promote a healthy, allergy-free start for every child’s first 1000 days. Their scientifically-backed powders allow parents to safely introduce allergens like peanuts and nuts to their babies, significantly reducing the risk of developing food allergies.
With food allergies now affecting 1 in 4 children in Europe, Laurie and Jozien are committed to becoming leaders in child preventive care. Vini Mini's mission is to ensure children can grow up carefree, allowing both parents and children to enjoy meals and social gatherings without fear. They envision a future where children are free from the limitations and anxieties caused by food allergies, enabling a healthier, happier life.
Laurie and Jozien's ultimate ambition is to provide preventive healthcare for all of mother and child’s first 1000 days, from pregnancy to toddlerhood. They aim to expand their offerings to prevent conditions like eczema, hay fever, and asthma, striving to make a lasting impact on children's health and well-being.
