Mandy Ho
Mandy Ho exemplifies the hospitality spirit and values and carried this with her into a multitude of industries. Currently, Mandy is the Program Manager at Uber, overseeing the company's early careers program across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). She is dedicated to uplifting the next generation of leaders through her work at Uber and as a mentor in the nonprofit SheSharp that aims to support women and non-binary people to enter, stay, and grow in the tech industry. Most recently, Mandy returned to Hotelschool The Hague to share her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion through a keynote speech at the Business Inspiration Day.
Beyond her professional role, she is an active community leader, having co-founded the Asian at Uber Employee Resource Group in EMEA and hosted the first Asians Breaking Barriers Summit. Furthermore, Mandy is one of the Women at Uber EMEA’s GigSister program leads, supporting the Rides business in Northern Europe and UK to accelerate the growth of and cultivate the women driver community.
Mandy thrives in dynamic and culturally diverse environments, having grown up across Germany, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. She has gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry through the Andaz Amsterdam and the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong but decided to expand her impact in advertising (working for Netflix and the Dubai Tourism Board), sustainable fashion (curating the community and setting up the co-working space), and now the tech sector. After HTH, Mandy gained a MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
