HTH is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Revenue Management and Finance with strong managerial business experience. We are looking for an all-round Revenue Management/Finance lecturer with knowledge and/or experience in Strategy, ESG or Marketing.

Candidate profile

You have/are:

  • An enthusiastic approach to education with an emphasis on coaching students to deal with real-world professional assignments;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Revenue Management;
  • General Financial and accounting skills;
  • Able to assess and analyse the strategic position of a company;
  • Analyse and understand financial reporting;
  • Seek satisfaction in managing and stimulating students;
  • A Master’s degree, or be willing to obtain a Master’s degree;
  • Excellent command of the English language (C1/2 level);
  • Excellent social skills, and ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude to problem solving;

Remuneration

Hotelschool The Hague offers a salary based on scale 11 the labour agreement of Universities of Applied Science (CAO HBO) with a range between € 3.881,08 and € 5.332,49 gross per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
