In this course, students explore sustainable practices and circular economy principles within the hospitality industry, focusing on ways hotels can reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and generate value through sustainable strategies.
Sustainable Leadership of the Hotel Ecosystem (Part 2 of 2) (2 EC)
The consecutive leadership course focuses on aligning internal teams with sustainability goals and transformation strategies. It addresses key issues in sustainable human resource management, equipping students to manage stakeholders effectively and integrating sustainability into HR practices within the hospitality industry.
Design-Oriented Research (Part 2 of 3) (1 EC)
This course consolidates the research methodology learned throughout the programme. Students refine their final thesis proposal and research questions, applying knowledge from previous modules to develop a focused, coherent approach to their research
