Our MBA’s programme curriculum

Creating hospitable futures requires vision, conceptual thinking and a hospitality mindset. It requires people who can build bridges, develop innovative business models and find creative solutions. The MBA programme (CROHO 70177 MBA) reflects the importance of customer centricity and service leadership in today’s business environment.

You learn how to analyse current service models, and subsequently design, create and innovate alternative business models and concepts. These tools give you the skills to drive change in hospitality and hospitality-related service industries. When our students graduate, they are ready to embed hospitality principles into any business, making it more valuable and future-proof.

Our MBA programme offers you small classes with a maximum of 25 students, an inspiring learning space where you can interact personally with faculty and engage in lively discussions. You work in small multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams, learning from each other’s skills and cultures. The MBA programme is an action-oriented learning environment marked by creative, analytical and conceptual thinking.

In this 13-month programme, you explore the world of international hospitality leadership in service innovation design. You take stimulating, practical courses led by our professional faculty, all of whom have experience in the industry. Our courses also feature lectures by industry leaders, hands-on workshops, regular field trips and an international study trip. The programme ends with a final consultancy project. You will take on the role of a consultant and use what you’ve learned thus far to demonstrate your ability to take the lead in strategy, develop concepts that support innovation and drive change in a real-world environment.

The MBA programme has one intake per year in the first week of September.
