The statutes of the Stichting Hotelschool The Hague lay down the basic rules and provisions of the foundation. It describes the goals and the statutes of the school and the responsibilities and tasks of the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees. The statutes are worked out in more detail in the Management and Administrative Regulations Hotelschool The Hague. These regulations form the foundation for the management, the administration and the structure of Hotelschool The Hague.
The Code of Conduct brings together the values, standards and behavioural expectations that guide every member of the Hotelschool The Hague community. It is designed to ensure a safe, inclusive and professional environment where students and employees can learn, work and grow with integrity.
More than a set of rules, the Code reflects our shared commitment to respectful interactions, open dialogue and responsible conduct. It forms the foundation of a community where hospitality, care and professionalism come together.
The Code of Conduct for International Students is a joint initiative between higher education institutions in the Netherlands and the Dutch government. It sets out rules for how those institutions will interact with international students, for example by providing comprehensive and accessible information regarding the study programmes offered.

Hotelschool The Hague endorses the Dutch Code of Conduct for Academic Integrity. Nederlandse Gedragscode Wetenschappelijke Integriteit. To support researchers in this, the Ethics Committee for Research has been established.
For concluding purchase and delivery agreements, Hotelschool The Hague applies the general central government terms and conditions. These concern the ARIV (General), ARVODI (Services), and ARBIT 2018 (IT).
Hotelschool The Hague, together with all other universities of applied sciences and universities, has committed itself to purchasing as sustainably as possible.
