Apply for Master in Leading Hotel Transformation

The first step in the application process is registering with Studielink. This is the national information system for Dutch universities of applied sciences, research universities, and the Education Executive Agency (DUO). You can access Studielink at any time to enroll or to cancel your enrolment.

Select ‘New enrolment request’ and follow the instructions. After submitting your enrolment request, Hotelschool The Hague will receive your Studielink registration automatically and start processing it. You should immediately receive an email from Hotelschool The Hague including a direct link to the registration form in our OSIRIS system.

We will assess the following key skills:

• Intelligence quotient skills: as this MA centres on research skills and on the digital and circular transformation, we will assess your ability to conduct effective research, your level of information literacy and your analytical skills (High Tech, High Touch)
• Emotional quotient skills: our programme needs students with the right knowledge but also the right people skills (High Tech, High Touch)
• Adversity quotient skills: as this MA focuses on transformation processes, you will need to be resilient in coping with uncertainty and change.

To assess the qualitative criteria, the selection committee will:

• Assess your CV and motivation letter.

Step 2 (by invitation only, after having carefully reviewed step 1)

• Ask you to write an essay (max. 450 words) on the topic of ‘hotel transformation’ or ‘trends in the hotel industry’
• Invite you for a 45-minute interview
