About THE INC Industry Day – 5 June – The delicate balance between technology and the human touch
How do you deploy technology so that it enhances the experience? How do data and technology combine with trust and positive emotion? What actually happens in the brain during the interaction between man and machine? And how does this work out in concrete applications in which technology supports humans in creating excellent customer experiences?
To answer these questions, we invite you to the ‘Industry Day’ on June 5, 2024, at Hotelschool The Hague, campus Amsterdam. On the first day of the international conference THE INC 2024, Platform voor Klantgericht Ondernemen PVKO is hosting the 'Industry Day' dedicated to the delicate balance between technology and the human touch.

Che is currently dedicated to integrating VR/AR technologies into the curriculum. Beyond equipping students with comprehensive knowledge, Che's research also serves the hospitality industry, providing insights on effectively implementing technologies within their businesses.
