For those who love a good French-style bistro, we are excited to announce the reopening of Brasserie ZINQ, your new go-to spot for a relaxed lunch experience. Inspired by our herb, vegetable and fruit garden EDEN, Brasserie ZINQ brings you seasonal dishes served in an easy-going, convivial atmosphere.
Opening hours
Monday - Friday from 11:30 - 13:30 (last food order at 13:00)
Brasserie ZINQ will be closed from 18 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 for the Christmas break.
Please note that we operate on a no-reservations, first-come, first-served basis.
About ZINQ
Enjoy a shared lunch with friends or colleagues, and taste our homemade sourdough with tomato, aioli, and herb butter dips. Bao buns with cauliflower and eggplant, or how about Dutch asparagus with a poached egg and wild garlic foraged by our students? Our menu is anything but ordinary, with new, creative dishes each week to surprise and delight your taste buds.
At our renewed Brasserie ZINQ, we are offering refreshing alternatives to traditional beverages. Our selection includes alcohol-free wines, beers, and mocktails with options like the Crodino Spritz and Red Fruit Royale.
