Food & Beverage facilities on campus

Welcome to our biggest restaurant on campus! In this self-service open restaurant our students prepare fresh salads, juices, fish & meat dishes, pastas and stone-oven baked pizzas.
They work with fresh, whole and pure ingredients, preferably locally sourced and organic. Mangerie serves lunch and dinner and is exclusively open for students, staff and guests of Hotelschool The Hague. It includes a seating area, which is always buzzing with excitement.

Les Saveurs

Les Saveurs is the restaurant that will catch your eye when you enter our campus. It is light, modern and very multifunctional. Les Saveurs is open for coffee in the morning, lunch during the day and it is the perfect location for your afternoon drinks.

We have full table service, to give our students the opportunity to practice and learn in a realistic service setting. And to make it as realistic as possible, we welcome all guests, both from inside and outside of our school. In Les Saveurs, freshness, sustainability and locally sourced products are the key elements of our menu.

Living in Amsterdam

Living in Amsterdam is living in the largest city of the Netherlands and living near an UNESCO World Heritage site. The beautiful city centre will charm you right away with it’s lovely canals and over 1,500 bridges, the 17th century merchant houses, the numerous famous museums, the countless side-streets with hip boutiques and restaurants. But Amsterdam is more than heritage, architecture and museums. The laid-back atmosphere makes Amsterdam a great city to live in.
