Jos Vranken

Jos Vranken was officially appointed president of the board of directors on 1 April 2025. With an impressive 17-year track record as Managing Director of the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC), Jos brings extensive knowledge, experience, and networks in the tourism and hospitality sector. During his tenure, he collaborated closely with educational institutions, including initiating the National Data Alliance for the hospitality industry.

Jos also served as NBTC’s Director for the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia, based in London. Prior to NBTC, he held leadership roles at Avenance Netherlands and Stayokay. His wealth of experience positions him to lead Hotelschool The Hague as it continues to excel in hospitality education.
