DERTOUR Group has graciously sponsored our two campus greenhouses, giving us the opportunity to further enhance EDEN, HTH's herbs and vegetables garden, with additional herbs, plants, trees, and garden furniture. This support from DERTOUR Group helps us to bring our EDEN values to life by educating the next generation of hospitable leaders, delighting our guests, encouraging our students to explore the link between food and nature, and nourishing the health of the diners in our campus outlets. Additionally, DERTOUR Group has attended our career fairs and collaborated with a MBA student on a research project focused on retention management.
Furthermore, in DERTOUR’s commitment to design excellence, they will be designing two hotel rooms for Skotel The Hague and Amsterdam, integrating the ananea and Aldiana brands. Also, the group will play a crucial role as commissioner for the ‘’Business Transformation course’’, where third-year students will tackle a strategic assignment for DERTOUR Group. And finally, to support professional development, HTH will facilitate a workshop on cross-cultural understanding at a global Ambassador (guest relation) meeting in Soma Bay, Egypt. This initiative will extend further with additional workshops at HTH campus, offering the group's staff valuable opportunities for growth as part of a “back to school” initiative.
