Masterclass: AI in Hospitality on 8 June, Amsterdam

2 min read

Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving from concept to practice across the hospitality industry. The question is no longer if to engage with AI, but how to apply it in a way that genuinely adds value to your operation.

On 8 June, Hotelschool The Hague hosts its inaugural Masterclass: AI in Hospitality at its Amsterdam Campus, part of a broader professional education programme currently in development.

Designed for department heads, managers, and general managers, this 3.5-hour session goes beyond the hype and focuses entirely on practical application. No technical background is required.

What to expect
Through live demonstrations of real, working systems, you will experience how AI creates on-brand guest communication and transforms generic event proposals into tailored, high-impact pitches, in just minutes. The session covers four key operational areas: guest communication, operational processes, event proposals, shift handovers, and HR support.

You will also gain an evidence-based perspective on where AI genuinely adds value and where human judgement remains essential.

Hossam Haggag, Project Manager Strategic Projects at Hotelschool The Hague, says: "You will leave with clear, actionable ideas that you can start using immediately. If you are a hospitality professional looking to stay relevant and ahead of the curve, this is a great opportunity to expand your perspective."

The programme also includes an online follow-up session on 23 June; a Q&A and best-practice exchange to help embed what you have learned.
