Skotel The Hague
The Skotel is the training and study hotel of Hotelschool The Hague and is situated in the same building as the hotel school. The students of Hotelschool The Hague are being prepared for a career in the hotel and hospitality industry through the development of practical skills within a real hotel learning environment, such as the hotel divisions reception and housekeeping – all under the supervision of experienced instructors.
15 of the in total 21 hotel rooms at Skotel The Hague are decorated by various well-known hotel chains, which gives every room their own style, feeling and experience. This special concept gives you the possibility to experience a unique stay every time you visit Skotel The Hague.
Our rooms
Each room has a private bathroom with shower and amenities. The rooms are equipped with WiFi, a flat screen TV and coffee/tea making facilities. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
15 Skotel rooms have been decorated by a number of well-known hotel chains: van der Valk, Marriott, Golden Tulip, Disneyland Resort Paris, Accor (Sofitel and Novotel), Center Parcs, Hyatt, Starwood (Sheraton and Westin), and The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. This diverse concept allows you enjoy a different stay each time you visit Skotel The Hague, staying in a Novotel room one time and an Marriott room the next time.
Unique facilities
Our hotel is located in a calm area of Scheveningen, one of the eight districts of The Hague, just a 10-minute walk away from the beach. The city centre is easily accessible by bus or tram. When you feel like combining your stay with us with a dinner (Mon-Fri), our hotel management students can assist in reserving a table at our fine dining restaurant Le Début.
We offer parking at our parking lot for € 12,50 per day.
