
Hotelschool The Hague is pleased to announce the appointment of Jet Roos‑van Aerssen to its Board of Trustees, starting 1 June.
Jet Roos-van Aerssen brings over 25 years of international experience across finance, risk and operations. She was trained at General Electric, where she spent the first half of her career in international finance, audit and leadership roles.
She subsequently held several CFO positions in complex, multi-entity organisations, including eBay/Marktplaats, Talpa Network, MediaMonks/S4 Capital, and most recently Nederlandse Loterij, where she served as Chief Financial & Risk Officer and statutory board member. Her responsibilities consistently covered finance, risk, compliance and internal controls, as well as broader operational and security domains.
In addition, Roos-van Aerssen has a strong background in the education sector, having served as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at ROC Zadkine.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen and has completed executive programmes in artificial intelligence and strategy.
